Eat Like an Athlete – Cooking Event

Monday March 19th @ 6pm at the Cooking School at Real Canadian Superstore Orleans.

Featuring a 3-course menu prepared by Chef Keith Garrison, a fourth-generation chef with 35 years of international experience and Guest Chef Andrée Riffou, who studied cuisine and pastry with Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa and Paris, attaining Le Grand Diplôme de cuisine et de pâtisserie.

This special event is hosted by Gesine Freund, an Ottawa ultra-runner, raising awareness and funds for childhood cancer research and supporting the Phoebe Rose Rocks Foundation.
